FrontPoint provides high quality therapeutic and counseling
services to children, adolescents, and their families, in a safe,
confidential, and professional environment.
Children
and adolescents often face difficult situations growing up. They
sometimes need additional help learning to control their behavior, deal
with challenges of new life situations, or to cope with their emotions.
Research has demonstrated that even gifted children can face these
problems as well. FrontPoint Therapists work with children ages 1-18
and their families to help them deal more effectively with life's
challenges. Children may be seen individually, with their families, or
in group. Psychiatric and medication consultation is also available
when needed.
We
provide a specific array of services directed toward support and
guidance within the family context. Individual and couples therapy,
group therapy, and parent consultation are also available.
Our
FrontPoint team will work with you in determining which clinical
service strategy will yield the most effective and beneficial outcome.
The strategy may contain elements of the following core specialty
services:
- Psychological Assessment and Testing
- Individual Therapy
- Family Counseling
- Parent Consultation
- Play therapy
- Group therapy
- Stress Reduction
- Substance Abuse Treatment
We also provide trainings,
consultation, and information to the community regarding issues and
challenges commonly faced by children, teens and parents.
